By accepting a quote or booking a service with Seaward Coating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Quotes & Pricing All quotes are based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues arise (e.g. damaged timber, excessive mould, restricted access).

2. Weather Conditions Fence staining is weather dependent. Seaward Coating reserves the right to reschedule jobs due to rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, frost risk, or unsuitable timber moisture levels to ensure a quality finish.

3. Preparation & Access Clients must ensure clear access to the fence area prior to commencement. This includes removing furniture, plants, vehicles, and personal items within 1 metre of the fence line.

4. Timber Condition & Natural Movement Timber is a natural material and may expand, contract, crack, shrink, split, warp, or move over time due to weather conditions and seasonal changes. Seaward Coating is not liable for natural timber movement, cracking, shrinkage, or structural changes that occur after service completion.

5. Colour Variation Final colour appearance may vary due to timber type, age, previous treatments, and natural absorption. Minor variation is normal. Sample testing is recommended where possible.

6. Payment Terms Payment is due for 7 days after completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Referral Discounts Referral discounts apply only once referred jobs are completed and paid in full.

8. Minimal price $250 is our minimum price, for small jobs like: small amounts of fence/ timber, plus no discounts can be claimed if job is minimum price.
